Requirements:

Standard Wallet Size 2.5 W x 3.5 T
Space above the head
Waist Up
Headshot – not full body, no props, no hands
Indoor or Outdoor
300 dpi or higher resolution
Clothing must be school-appropriate
Photo should be a portrait, not landscape.
Photos may be submitted on USB, emailed to [email protected] , or a print may be brought in and scanned.
- PLEASE NOTE – if your photo is emailed in and the photo quality (resolution) is not high enough, you will be required to submit a hard copy of the photo.

PHOTOS ARE DUE BY DECEMBER 4, 2024

Photos turned in from Dec. 5 – 11 will incur a $10 late fee.
NO PHOTOS will be accepted after December 11, 2024.

Cap & Gown Ordering Information

Please Order your cap and gown ASAP!!

Graduation is scheduled for Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Roundhouse Stadium. It will be here before we know it. To order your cap and gown, contact Jostens at 810-658-1700 or order online at Jostens.com. It’s important to order your cap and gown ASAP as the cost goes up the closer we get to graduation, and you want to ensure timely delivery.

Transcripts
Colleges require that an official transcript be sent from the school to accompany admissions applications. To requests your official transcript, you will need to create an account and make the request through Parchment.com. Once your request has been created in Parchment, Mrs. Kelley processes the requests. This is NOT an immediate process. You should expect it to take a couple of days so please do not wait until the last minute to make your requests. If you have any problems with the online system, contact Mrs. Kelley at [email protected].
