Zoology (Period 2)

Zoology is a class that focuses on the study of agriculture animals and systems. Students will be introduced to the importance of animal agriculture and the role it has on our society. Zoology will use a hands-on approach to grasp the Biology state standards and benchmarks to allow students to achieve the Biology State Requirement in Zoology class.

Along with being in Zoology, students will be encouraged to participate in the FFA. FFA is the largest youth organization in the nation. FFA is a youth organization that promotes premiere leadership, personal growth and career success. Students who are FFA members have the opportunity to travel the nation, meet new friends, develop public speaking skills and allow them to become leaders of the future.
